Is TodaysInvoice really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, there are no ads anywhere on the site, and there is no account to create. Nothing is held back behind an upgrade.
Where is my invoice stored?
In your own browser. Your draft is saved locally so a refresh will not lose your work, and the invoice data is never uploaded to a server.
How do I save my invoice as a PDF?
Press the export button and choose "Save as PDF" as the destination — on iPhone and Android that option lives in the same print sheet. The invoice is laid out for US Letter paper, so it prints as a full-width document even when you built it on a phone.
Can I add my own logo and brand color?
Yes. Upload a logo in the invoice header and pick one of six accent colors in the Options panel. Both are applied to the printed invoice.
What is the difference between an invoice and a receipt?
An invoice is a request for payment issued before payment is made. A receipt is proof of a payment that has already happened.
